Jeez, do I feel stupid. I recently was taken for lots of $$ by a scam artist extrodinare. The play was a job offering for ADMA-OPCO. I was sent what is most likely a real contract from ADMA-OPCO & Residency applications. Talked to them by phone at my home and on my mobile in Iraq. I even got regular updates. The scam fell apart when the "MOFA" sent me a request for additional funds and they used a non government domain. The names used were:
Dr. Abdullah Zayed Sultan
Contracts Committee Representative / HR Division Manager
ADMA-OPCO OIL COMPANY

and

Prof. Jardan T. Musaffa, PHD
(Head of Operations)
Emirates Council & Immigration Services Corp.

They finally left me alone when I told them that I'd contacted the Abu Dhabi Police and the Sharjah Police. I did too.

this agency tolled me to pay 955 US $ to process the visa application and residency permit to work for job in ADAM-OPCO.
Be careful do not believe this SCAM and do not pay any fees.

I was recently emailed by a Dr Omar Bin Suleiman, the Director of Dubai International Finance Centre with an offer to participate as agent/broker. When I researched the company, it turned out legitimate. The Director is also legit. When I googled the mobile no., I got the warning from this forum. I guess I saved myself some hassle with your warning. Thanks a lot!
