Thanks a lot. Just a few more questions - which Sky train station is 3 min walk? And how many months is minimum term? Do you do short term, like 2 months, or only 6-12 months contracts? Does term affect the price per month? Do you have internet there?

it is the Rachathevi (spelling?) station. I have not considered any short term as it involves too much hassle with the utilities, phone, internet, etc. Every service is available but needs to be reconnected. Do you have a contact number where I can call you directly?
