Default Massage Therapist question

Hello,

I am exploring the idea of moving to Spain next year with my 16-year-old. Never been to Spain and not sure what part I should be thinking about. Will need a location that provides private school instruction in English my daughter. I am completing the 2200 hr Massage Therapist Program in Canada. This program is 4-5 times longer than most other countries !!!

Any ideas on where I might find year-round employment in my profession and a good spot for my daughter are greatly appreciated. I have a German passport/citizenship., as well as my Canadian one.

Thanks

Hi I´ve just spoken to you on the "Spain forum". I thought I´d add that possibly with your skill set, Marbella/puerto Banus would be a good place to start, it has its fair share of the "rich and famous" who may be willing and able to pay well and I would imagine that there could well be some good Salons that would be worth approaching??? The downside is that its an expensive area to live???

good luck

Jo

Jojo,
Thank you for the response, and for the candid responses in the other forum as well. They are greatly appreciated. I hadn't set my heart on Spain, just throwing around Greece, Spain and Italy as current options so far. I am fortunate to have intensive training that does set me apart somewhat from other MTs applying for employment. Having said that, I am suspecting that your suggestion to try the elite resorts/spas is the best avenue for employment. So, I have been googling such and coming up with a long, long list!!! Does anyone know of just one, or a select few, websites that list the 'best of the best'? Thanks in advance.
