Sadly now isnt the time to get work within the construction industry in Spain as house building etc is in a terrible mess, I think at the last count there were something like a million + newly built properties unsold and unoccupied. Workers are being laid off by the 100 everyday and building companies are going under. Maybe in time it will pick up and by then maybe your Spanish will be adaquate?????

I think Spains contruction industry has been hit harder than anywhere else in the world

Hi Kelly, I think if you're still in the Uk and using this site to get some information, some people who would be good to get in touch with are 'pesky wesky' 'stravinksy' and 'sueneil'. They seem to have their fingers right on the pulse and know what's what. They're all pretty easy to chat to and I'm pretty sure they be happy to give you some sound advice. They appear in most of the main forums. The job forum on here is actually pretty quiet so just look in some of the main ones and you should be right.
cheers
