Default Scared myself half to death !

I went to bed early last night and fell asleep quite soon ( now that was surprise !) It was quite a fitfull few hours then I awoke with an awful start, I had been dreaming, it was so real I woke up terrified took ages to calm down and see it was just a dream now wide awake and still checking lol

Guess I will be shattered tomorrow again and my back started to complain yesterday after more painting and garden work on Saturday. Trying to keep busy but it has its downside as well as having been told I need to slow. Not easy when you see all the things needing done. I am trying to do it, one big job in a day or two smaller ones. I did chill out for a good while yesterday. I have a list of' to things' in order of hoy o manaña or manaña manaña

Val the good thing is that some experts think dreaming relates to a clever active mind - others of course think you're mad

As for jobs just relax. Sit down with a glass of wine. And contemplate this: are you sure this is not the dream and what you think is the dream is in fact reality

It's horrible when you wake up like that, terrified and sometimes not remembering exactly what it was that you were dreaming about that has made you feel like that!
The worst nightmares I've ever had were once when I had 'flu - my temperature was so high I was delirious, and after having my daughter by cesarean.

Point one - Breakfast time is well over!
Point two - What's the matter? Can't stand the pain??!! The point was actually, that I had nightmares 'cos of all the anaesthetic and hormones zooming round my body.

PS Poor old Asturias has got hit badly with the bad weather, hasn't it??
