Default stay in almeria for a few months

Want to add to my original post because I am unable to edit it, that the purpose is not a holiday, it is to get a flavour of living in the area as hoping to move permanently to Almeria or another area in Spain if it does what I hope it does for me. I could extend beyond 3 months if it goes well.

Hi there and welcome to the forum

As I'm not in your area of choice I can't really advise on rents but my guess for a one bedded appartment would be approx. 400 p/m plus electricity, water and possibly rubbish. If they ask you to pay the community charge ask for a reduction in the rent as I don't think that this bill is for the renter!!

My guess would be that you will need about 800 p/m to live quietly. I'm sure others will give you more information.

Good luck
