anyone have some land in spain they would rent out ?

long shot but here we go
as you all no im an expat wanabe at the min. but working on it

we plan on moving over to spain within the next 2 years at the very latest. but im still going to keep my uk business we have decided as its to profitable to just close down. unless i get a good offer that is

i have the chance of a 2007 mobilehome and its very tasty indeed so no ram shackle old shed a very very smart home that's just the ticket for us.
maybe there is someone out there who would consider renting some land to site it on. we plan on spending about 4-5 months of the year in spain for the first year and then see what happens from there.
any idea's anyone ?
there is just myself tina and are 18 year old daughter so no midnight partys or rowdy neighbours i can assure you. just the odd barbicue and fosters tasting

and reference's etc how many would u like ?
im 43 tina's 37 tina runs a public house in the uk at the moment but will not need to work when we move to spain lucky her

any idea's or offer's from all area's will be considered
coast is prefered

I do have a website client who specialises in land in the Granada region!

He can get land at very good prices because of his Spanish connections.

Let me know if you want more info as I'm not sure if I can put it on the forum.

Hi there,

I've been searching the internet for a land to rent in spain and I came up with your message above about your friend who's got spanish connections.

I'm basically from the UK and looking to move to Spain to start a sport project (5 a side football club), therefore I'm after a plot of land (appx 5000 m2) to rent out for a long period of time. Would you be kind to email me your friend's details if you think he can help me or advice on something else if it's not the case, thank you very much!!!

If you fancy Valencia I have quite a few clients who have land they might want to rent out. i would have to look into it with them but lots of people are looking to get a small extra income in. As long as they can set you up with electricity on site there wouldn't be a problem.
And as for the last post I know of an ex international referee who is putting together a lot of those soccer school projects and you might want to get in touch with him to pick his brains. Pm me if interested

Hi there, sorry I've not logged on for a couple of days, hence late reply

. Valencia would be great, it's highly populated and they love their football so please, if you could get in touch with your clients, that would be excellent, thank you. All components of the football park are dismantable; artificial grass, floodlight posts, wood panels and even the reception building can be a prefab one. Therefore, their land can literally go back to its original state once the rental period has ended.

I'd love to have a chat with your friend too (ex int referee) about this. Is he doing these projects right there in Spain?

If your still looking for land I know a guy here in sevilla with land. I think cause of the contruction slow down there is not going to be anything there for awhile. If your interested let me know.
