Hey thanks for replying. The piece of land is in La Palma Condado cerca de Huelva. 50km from Sevilla, 40km from Huelva, and about 30 minutes from the beach. La Palma Condado is a turist town. I was told as well there are various other atractions nearby for turist. There is intresest on the part of the owner for the amount of time you mentioned as well. Thanks for the info. Do you know if the land is in a residential area and if it's a local community coz that's what this business needs. Also, I'll be grateful if you could give me information on rent (calendar month), dimensions of the land, what's in it actually, is there electricity or water already and whether it's flat or uneven.

im 43 tina's 37 tina runs a public house in the uk at the moment but will not need to work when we move to spain lucky her

My parents have a nice peice of land which you could rent out in Torrox which is near Nerja. It has beautiful sea views.
There are no connections for electric or water.

The land is right in the middle of a residential area. It is already been made ready to build and therefore is flat as well. I have information i can give you that gives you all the details and dimensions of the area. I can´t send it through this site because the file is to big.
