UFO spotted in Asturias, any ideas?

Today many people are running around in amazement at a bright orange circular object in the sky. Rumour are it could be a fluorescent orange air baloon !

Anyone seen anything similar

Is it the same big orange thing that gave me the urge to sit outside today????
