Thumbs up Considering renting my property

Hi everyone, I am new on here and have been reviewing loads of posts re people who want to rent property etc which has been very useful. I am considering renting my property (close to Malaga), as I want to sell but the market is flat and it is dificult to get a fair price right now but I am concerned as to getting it right and unsure who to trust for advice. Not looking for holiday rental, a year or 11 month contract to start with. If I could get the right tennants I would then consider longer.

Any tips - advice - links or comments appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Property Directors | Contact Us / Estate Agents in Alhaurin de la Torre / Inmobilaria

Alhaurin de la Torre property and real estate Spain

Are two agents I would recommend.

I personally would recommend an agent if you're not used to renting out your property or living in the area. There are many pitfalls and problems which they can and will sort out for you, as well as making sure the rental contracts are in order

Red face

Yeah, definitely, spoke to one agent this am, I am encouraged and will seriously consider this as an option. Their take was that as my place is a large'ish family property it is less at risk and also reckon they vet extensively. The landlord liabilities seem favourable though.

A question re the forum, given I posted as living in Malaga why recommend 2 Alh de la Torre agents? Just intrigued as to how this works re visibility?

Cheers,

PS any landlords out there for advice?

I recommended them because I used them when we lived in AdlT! They both became good friends, I trust them and as you were in the Malaga area, they would be able to give you some guidance and at least know or be able to recommend others in your area - which you didnt really specify lol!!!
