Hi ! we are a spanish couple looking to rent our house, to move to another city for job. It's 5 minutes to San Javier airport, 800m to Mar Menor beach, next to a park in the border of the town. Our daughter has been going to Castelar College, a bilingual school 5 minutes by car, and King's College is 10 minutes by car . The house is a duplex with everything to have a comfortable and easy life: we have a garden with a barbecue and pergola (we do out living from medium april to late november), air conditioning, central heating system, a communal pool (for 12 houses, most of them being habitated in winter by spanish young couples with children and mature couples), full kitchen with mineralizing water filters (so you do not have to buy bottles of water), stylishly furnished...
