Default Townhouse for sale

We have a townhouse being built in the lovely Frondoso Valley complex. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is in an excellent location with a view over a landscaped area and with no one overlooking it back. It has excellent rental potential as Murcia is located just 20 minutes away. A new airport is being built close by. Email me for details.

Smile Hello

Hi Joy19832,

That's just so weird, I was editing details on a website about the townhouse! The your message came through.

It's a two bedroom and two bathroom property located on the edge of a nature reserve, located on the slopes of the Sierra de Carrascoy. It is in a gated community with peace of mind 24 hour security. It has its own front garden and space for a car. Fully fitted kitchen will every modern convenience necessary. Both bedrooms have their own balconies, with the master over looking the valley to the sierra nevada. It's in a great location, as you have no-one looking into the back of the house and a green area to the front, plus you are only a 1 minute walk to the pool, and then to recreational areas and shops. It's priced at 192,000 € which is a saving on what you would have to pay from purchasing from the developer.

So, why am I selling? Well, last year I purchased a villa in Moraira, North Costa Blanca. It's a fantastic property, but I wouldnt have the time to look after both, and I want to re-invest the money into the villa.

Hi Joy

I hope you don't mind but I took a look at your other posts on this website and... I could help you out. The villa has a built in apartment. It's, well, and I sometimes think it's a good idea to blow your own trumpet, the last word in luxury. If you needed somewhere to rent in the meantime. I am sure we could work something out. It's 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (with everything), living room, utility room and pool. It has its own satellite tv, video, hifi, cd/dvd player and loads of dvds. It's there if you need it. Just a thought. We usually holiday let it but if you need something longer term then I am sure there's something we can do to help.

Just thinking about the Townhouse again. There's an easier way of purchasing it. If you set up a sales-purchase contract, with a solicitor, that means you pay the amount of the deposit that was paid on the house and any rise since and then the property is simply transferred to your name and it becomes legally yours.
