House Swap Wanted..Spain 2 spain or Spain 2 Uk.

Hi,
I am new to the site and have spent half an hour trying to find the appropriate place to post this so I apologise if I haven't placed it in the correct forum.

We have a beautiful 5 bed villa/house with large private pool and 7 seater jacuzzi near San Vicente, Alicante. It is a large fenced plot with almond, olive, lemon and orange orchards. It would be ideal for horses or dogs and is ideally located just out of town yet only 10 minutes from Alicante airport and the beaches. Transport connections are good and local schools are excellent. The house has 2 kitchens, one inside and one outside and has sky and adsl. There is a triple garage and lots of outdoor areas. Total areas are 197 sqm house and 6000sqm plot.

We are looking for a swap back to the Swindon area or for a swap here so as we can keep a holiday home and move back to the Uk. The areas in Spain we are looking for are Santa Pola, la marina, Guardamar, Gran Alacant or nearby.

the house can be seen on the web site http://www.espanamagica.com/property/0/445 but the price has been dropped now by 20k.

I will try to write it. It is at an estate agents called Espanamagica and it is property 445 reference PO369. The price will be allot lower if we sell or exchange privately though.
