We own a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property in Playa Paraiso. It is a gated community with shared pool, and is just a 5 minute walk to the Mar Menor. We have had severeal would be purchasers but have been unable to get a decent mortgage. 70% max. In view of this we would consider a house swap anywhere in the UK. We require a minimum of two bedrooms

This is one of the problems with people coming on here soley to sell or rent their property. If they dont contribute in other ways to the threads then they cant access thr PM or email systems

If he puts his email up in a thread then it gets harvested by spambots and he gets spammed to death

I was directed to this forum by google. I have no idea of forum etiquette and at my age i have little desire to learn. I suppose not being able to use this forums services, i see no point in remaining a member
