Default work options in singapore as a doctor (either clinical or nonclinical)

Hi. I am a general practitioner from the Philippines and I'd like to know the possible work options in Singapore as a doctor. I am considering work opportunities either in a clinical or nonclinical setting (i.e., research). Also, you might know of any training in Dermatology available. Thank you!

Have you checked into whether your medical license is transferrable? I spent a little time in a private hospital there, and going to their clinic, and juging by how easy it was to get in to see doctors, I don't think there is a great shortage.
