Dear Titan Venture. I had raised this question before and I didnt get a reply.

You seem to be a placement agency, and you are demanding exorbitant fee for 'processing' and no guarantee of placement.

Are you directly accredited to the MOH and you didnt describe the measures for assisting the unaccredited degrees ?

I know some doctors from Philippines, who have seen your site, and are very skeptical, since an average doctor in Philippines, earns just over 2,000 S$ under government pay, and your fee is out of this world. Can you give some confidence measures to mitigate their fears, and advice the cause of the very high fee ?

It seems like the vast number of expats, who are here to work (including maids and hospitality trade staff and s pass holders) never see a cent of their salary for six months, and when they see, the agencies seem to make a massive cut and by the time the loan is settled, they seem to get terminated so they end up paying agency fee again - the cycle keeps repeating.

Sorry for my rhetoric, but it would be good, if you can provide some form of assurance that your fees are justifiable, and there are some repayment plan for for those who like to work here, but cant afford it.

cheers and hope to hear from you.

Dear Ecureilx,

Thank you for your posting.

The following information will help the other expats.

Headhunting Services for doctors
- We have good connections with the Medical Institutions in Singapore.
- We understand the requirements of the Medical Institutions.
- Most importantly, we can get a higher salary and better benefits for the doctors.

Many doctors have used our services to secure a medical job here and they are happily working in Singapore now.

Some doctors have tried searching for a position themselves, the chances are lower and the process is tedious. Besides that, the benefits & remuneration packages given are not as good.

Do give a serious consideration and let us know if you need our services to help you secure a Medical Position in Singapore Prestigious Medical Institutions.

So far, we have gotten good placements and salaries for the doctors. They are very happy working in Singapore. The fees that the doctors have paid us is negligible to the amount of salary that they are getting now.

SUMMARY
- If throughout the whole episode and no medical institutions offer you a job, your only fees is only for the registration (a small nominal fee). No other charges.
- We will only proceed with doctors who are qualified for the available vacancies.

I think you haven't addressed my question on the payment and what alternates you offer for those who are unable to come up with the exorbitant 'consultancy' fees that your firm had listed before.

I agree that the registration fee is nominal. If I remember, you had listed something like 6,000 or 10,000 to be paid upon placement. Now I know some Doctors who are in India and Pakistan, who are looking for opportunities, whose current pay is less than half of that, and how would they be able to come up with so much 'hot cash' ?

It would be good if you could enlighten us here, as this question never seems to be answered.
