I would say that everything can be bought at Carrefour but I prefer to go to more local places.
Linen etc - I'd go to the Grand Mall.
Kitchenware - I'd wander down Road 9.
Dry cleaner - I'd find the closest one, try some low value items, give specific instructions and see what happens.
Arabic lessons - My company is paying for lessons through u-caninstitute.com and they are very good.

The suggestions that others have given are probably all good too.
