Default Anyone for a Beer?

Hi All,
I've been here in Johannesburg (Sandton) for a few months now & struggling to make new friends. Is there a regular spot where you meet during the week?

If not, who's up for a beer this Fri eve or Sat eve in/around Sandton?

I'm going stir-crazy at home & definitely need to get out & socialize more.

Cheers,
Mark

South Africans revolve around sport.
join a few clubs, take up something you enjoy, volunteer for something, join a hiking group, etc.
Sarf Effricans may be friendly and outgoing, they still want to know a bit about you before they start inviting you for a beer or a braai.
