Default Easy way to lose weight?

Hi guys! im new here and i just want to ask anyone out there maybe u have any suggestion whats the best way to lose weight? i know exercise is the best obviously, but i really dont have time for that and all and my big problem is i always get hungry maybe theres a better way? or do u know any safe pills/meds to take?

Thanks Jo! Yeah i tried that few months back and it helped but then again i started to crave and back to carbs..haha im such a pig! im not that fat, i just want to be fit. xx

Surgery.
I know someone who had a gastric bypass a few weeks ago. The results are simply astounding.

Maybe not a good idea if you can keep to s healthy weight some other way.

Treat sugar as an addiction and as with all addictions you get cravings. You need to break it! I did it, lost 6 stone and no longer crave sugar or carbs!

I graduated as a nurse and i remmber before assisting patients in surgeries and i think im not really into that.hehe but thanks!

wow good for u! actually i gained 55kgs as of the moment and not that fat but i have this baby fats in my belly and my cheeks are fat and same wid my legs! arrgh! i tried to go to the gym but it lasted only for a week! haha goodluck for me then
