I am Indian living in Dubai. I have recently married and need to add my spouse name into the passport. What is the procedure for this?

Do you mean changing your maiden name to your married name in your passport? You don't need to - bear in mind if you do, you then have to change everything else - ID card, drivers licences etc.

This information is available on the consulate of India in Dubai website.
Look at Q4 of FAQs : BLS International Passport Services : India Passport [the passport services are outsourced to BLS]
