Default Animal Cruelty - Scumbags

What I'd do for 5 mins alone with these people or the pieces of s**t that throw them from cars for a laugh.

tell me about it.

If human beings can kill other humans beings, this does not come as a surprise however disgusting it is

I hope the person that did this to Sookie dies a slow, painful and horrible death. Karma is a b*tch and I'm sure he/she is going to pay for this soon.

Female genital mutilation.

Mr Rossi, fellow posters, and mod's, my sincere apologies for the graphic nature of the above picture. Also, my apologies again as I do not want to take away anything from the sincerity of the thread, nor do I want to hijack it either. I feel for Sookie - and her family, and indeed, all types of consequences pertaining to animal cruelty - really, I do.

But being the world travellers that we all are, there has to be a matter of perspective on despicable acts of violence against the innocent, doesn't there?

Cat. Human. Cat? Human?

Therefore, whilst only few at this stage, the number of exasperated posts in this thread so far, probably canvasses a wider emotion. So I just want to niggle a thought process based on the above photo, like what happened to poor Sookie.

Or... is it?

If someone has an outdoor cat, and is moving to the uae, strongly suggest to make it an indoor cat. Regardless if you think it is inhumane to lock a cat inside, this country is not the place for pets in general. Some of us love them and wont do without them. We have to protect them from people who are against living around animals. Poor little cat. Keep your eyes on your animals at all time if outside. Sad.

Mr Bubbly, FGM is horrible. It doesnt detract any from animal abuse. One shouldnt get any less upset by animal abuse, then women being abused. Different but same emotions come in to play.

We cant change everything but we can try to make a difference through education.

FGM is completely unnecessary. None of my previous girlfriends had their clitorises amputated and they didn't get any enjoyment from sex either.

Anyway, not sure what is to be gained from ranking crimes in order to determine how much we should care about them. Is someone being raped fairly insignificant because at least they weren't murdered?

When I first posted the link, I did think someone would post up a message along the lines of "it's only a cat, what about ..........", though you did throw a curveball with female circumcision and not something like labour camps.

Personally speaking beyond my family and close friends, cats I'm afraid. I'm looking at mine chasing a fly around the balcony and it'll be the biggest smile I'll have all day. They haven't created wealth, poverty, banks, governments, religion, wars, polluted their environment, practiced circumcision or made arsey and illogical comments on internet forums.

To echo what Jinx said, seriously think about keeping your cat indoors. We cat proofed our back garden inexpensively so she can run around there, though I still keep an eye on her. If anyone is interested I'll take a few photos and pass on where we got the materials.

5 mins with the a*&hole who did this and one metre of fishing line, please. it would result in the idiot losing ability to reproduce for life, and possibly some "discomfort" when urinating.
