Default A house in Krakow,Poland

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

300 m2 - habitable space
600 m2 - area (nice, well-kept garden)
Semi-detached, beautiful space built in 1999 (of YTONG – very economical as it stays warm in winter and cool in hot summers) located in the suburbs of Krakow (3 km from the city) with an easy access to the center but at the same time in the green area with plenty of cycling/walking routes.
The house is situated in a quite, fenced settlement (together with 7 other luxurious houses) securing privacy and safety. The whole settlement is accessible only through the remote controlled gate and therefore closed for strangers.
The house is in excellent condition with ceramic tiled roof and wooden shutters. It’s gas heated (electronically programmed) and with floor heating in bathroom 1 and 2, kitchen and hall. There is also a fire place which adds not only to the atmosphere of the house but can also heat up downstairs up to 20 degrees in winter.
The house is equipped with alarm connected with monitoring.
Water and drainage – mains

Hall (built in wardrobe) 6m2
Wardrobe (shoes only) 3.5m2
