Common Room with new bed, cupboard, table and chairs. Near MRT via LRT.

Firstly NO BROKERS. We are a quiet family who loves music and movies in the evenings.

Long-term or as short as a day. Internet: extra $50/mth per person.

For couple or up to 3 singles. Pets and kids welcome but no use of living hall as we have an old parent at home.

Location: Bukit Panjang near Greenridge Primary School, shopping amenities, childcare and Youth Centre (just at void deck).

One month refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply as per normal).

Pls contact for viewing appointment. There are no brokers to deal with! i will reply asap.

UPDATE: This room's been rented since Sunday 30th Dec. Thank you for all who responded!
