Default Getting Married with Latvian Girlfriend

Hello

I have a question regarding getting married with my Latvian Girlfriend. She is a citizen of Latvia which comes under European Union and She have EU citizen as well. She is still studying and moving to UK next month for her higher studies.

I am Indian citizen having australian residency with Indian passport. But at the moment I am a student in Bangkok,Thailand.

We both are thinking to get married and move to UK. I already been to Europe many times on tourist visa in last 1 year and again thinking to go Latvia on Shengen Tourist Visa . Is that possible for me to get married with her in Latvia on tourist visa and apply for the European residency in Latvia and then we move to UK for her higher studies and I can able to apply for EEA Family permit?

Another option is to call my girlfriend in Bangkok,Thailand and get married with her in Thailand and then we move to UK together by applying EEA Family permit.

Kindly let me know what can be done here, any kind of advice will be appreciable.

Thanks.
