Default Denmark "green card"?

Hello guys. I heard a lot about the Denmark Green card. I have few questions regarding this visa...
1. Which currency is used by Denmark?
2. What is the time for processing this visa?
3. As I am Indian, When will they start taking visa apllications in Delhi Embassy of Denmark?
4. How much it will cost to me as I have family of one child and wife?
5.What are the prospects of work in Denmark?
6.How does this visa application cost me?

Hi - I've moved you to a thread of your own, the better to attract a few responses.

We haven't had all that many non-EU nationals expatriating themselves to Denmark, so I'm not certain what visa options the Danes have.

The Danish Embassy in Mumbai has a link on their website to what seems to be a fairly extensive discussion of the new visa rules Work in Denmark Centre - Embassy of Denmark India

From a quick scan of the info, applications for the new green card scheme don't open until mid-September, so it will take a while before anyone has completed the process and can give us more specific information.

If you decide to go for it, please stay in touch so we can share your experience with those who come next.
Cheers,
Bev

If you are a Greencard holder, your family members (wife and children) are also aligible for a Denmark residence permit. For more details on Denmark Greencard, refer: Denmark Greencard | Residence & Work Permit for Denmark | Greencard Scheme | Point Based Evaluation System under Denmark's Greencard Scheme
