Why Do I Need Travel Insurance?
One of the most important things to remember before you go away is travel insurance. No matter where you are going or for how long, make sure you have adequate medical and personal liability cover. Having a accident or falling ill abroad could cost thousands of pounds if you are not insured.

Amazingly, 15% of Brits still risk traveling abroad without travel insurance, which could result in financial ruin if they required medical treatment. To be returned to the UK in an emergency could cost you thousands of pounds so make sure you have adequate and appropriate travel insurance for your trip.

Travel insurance is there to provide you with a safety net against the most common of problems that can happen while you are on holiday, such as lost or delayed baggage, flight delays, missed departure, flight cancellation and the more serious such as becoming ill or injured.

Travel Insurance dont leave home with out it,

Default I agree

Travel insurance is becoming more of a need more and more each and everyday.

There are also new risks with travel as we heard last week in the news as there were several people who were kidnapped in Nigeria. Someone can actually buy kidnap and ransom insurance where if you are kidnapped you could have up to $40 million worth of negotiating money to help with someones release.

There is also war coverage available to those who are civilians traveling into countries where this type of risk is prevalent.

It is suggested that before you travel or relocate to another country definitely evaluate the risk you will be taking on.
