Thanks Synthia. I just thought that whatever Salary/Income that you guys have mentioned, is that a In-Hand Salary? i.e. is it post-tax and after all other deductions?
Please get this clarification from your respective employers.

Other thing.. regarding Renting .. I may be wrong about my estimations. I think it may be much higher as compared to what I mentioned in my earlier posting. This is due to the fact that you guys are Foreigners. So whatever deal you make will be on higher side. I would recommend your company to clinch the deal on your behalf via Company Lease.. If you try to make it yourself, you may end up paying on higher side.

Sorry for giving wrong estimates earlier.
