Working in Saudi

I just got my visa letter! YEY no I need accommodation. I am not offered one what do I do. I will be given housing allowance. Upon arrival I will have a temporary housing. Can I find any thing clean for 17000 saudi riyals? Can anyone help. I will be working for King Abdul Aziz University. So any real estate contacts around there would be great! Thank you.
