Default The (Migration) Adventure Club

This is the thread for all those who have absolutely no family/friends/acquaintances in Australia and are thinking about, planning for, or will be migrating to Australia or have already migrated. For them, we suppose that Australia is 'The Great Adventure'. Hopefully this thread will make the adventure more fun and less risky. Without further ado, "Let The Adventure Begin!!!!!!"

woo hoo, that would be me in the sense that I have no family. Friends I do have, but they don't really count. I find that most friends (doesn't matter where you live), put their families/ dates/girlfriends/boyfriends first. Since I'm not one to impose, the adventure begins! (assuming I pass diac lol)

Just lodged my skills assessment about a week ago, so I'm not expecting to get a result or file with diac until late August, early September assuming I pass it. How about yourself?

Yeah sort of. I want to be there, but it's not feasible for me at the moment. Lets say I am in the very early preparation stages.

I don't know, I guess I've heard some horror stories of people not passing it or being recommended for different codes.

I wish you a lot of success :-)

Mind if I ask in what sense it isn't feasible? I mean, are you confused about the visa type to go for?
