Would be difficult getting a loan as soon as ypu arrive, assuming that's what you're asking seeing its for furniture. But once working the best place would be your own bank who can see your wages going into the account. Shops also do HP and finance but the problem is the length of the loan. You most likely wouldn't be given anything longer than the length of the visa, maybe a little shorter to ensure its paid before you leave. Because even if you intend to apply for PR they won't base a loan agreement on something that might happen.
