Default fiance visa help...

Hi everyone im heart from phil,can u pls give me an advice, me and my partner will lodge a PMV or fianace visa..My question is im here in manila,philippines my fiance is in australia,i will lodge the papers here in manila WHAT SHOULD I HAVE THE 820-801 onshore or 309-100 off shore...pls help we're confuse already,Thanks in advance...

Nor sure what you are asking. He will have to initiate any action through his Country's Embassy. At least that is how it has to be done here in the US and quite a bit of the Aussie stuff is based on either UK or US laws. He should contact the Aussie Embassy for information or they may have a website.

search google for australian fiance visa which will take you to department of immigration.

look for prospective marriage visa sub class 300

I am not allowed to post the direct link on this forum

you need to lodge an off shore visa because you are not in Australia

you also need to show proof of a genuine relationship.
(letters, photos emails etc)

we found it to be a long process 8 years ago.

you will also need to undergo a rigorous medical to show that you are not a carrier of such diseases as tuberculosis.

I got already the website and im starting to read it i think i'll have the PMV subclass 309-100...
