Hi,
I have my state pension, military pension transferred to my bank account at BPI.
There is no transfer fees on state pension. Also you get the pension rises as you would in UK. I have found that BPI are very good with the transfer takes 3 days.
I live in Cagayan de Oro.

Dave

Hi Dave, slightly off the subject, I am condsidering retiring to Phils and notice you´re ex-military, I am ex-military and Fire Service so our outlook on life would probably be similar. So any advice as to where to live (safety etc.) and basic income required to live reasonably comfortably in retirement (no working, just hobbies to pass the days away) would be much appreciated. Can supply you with a e-mail/messenger if you want.
