What Province are you in? The best advice I can give is to go to a university or college nearby and ask the language dep for a tutor. there's UP Pampanga or UP Clark, not sure though if they have language course but i'm sure someone will be interested. here's the contact. Clarkboard has their contact

Print a part time work sign up out side a university . Part time work teaching a joe how to speak tagalog with your number. around 100 to 150 peso per hour should be fine 3 or 4 times a week. trust me if your as dumb as me you dont want more than a hour session. Most of the younger students speak good english and are patient. Alot will apply so buy a smart sim card just for the responses then dispose scams will follow soon after so dont use your normal number. Also go to the national book store and buy basic tagalog its around 1500 peso and comes with a audio step by step cd to help you say the words properly.
