This position will act as a Team Lead for the electrical installation and controls on a new wood products facility located in Sosnovoborsk, Russia.

General Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor oversees and coordinates the planning, implementation, and supervision of the project electrical system. In accordance with the direction laid out by the project team and project owners the Electrical Supervisor, ensures that the electrical installation are completed in a timely manner that satisfies all client, regulator and company quality requirements.
Responsibilities
• Act as team lead for the Casey Industrial electrical installation team.
• Technical oversight, support and supervision of electrical installation.
• Manage electrical subcontractors.
• Work closely with engineers and owners to ensure the safe and efficient electrical installation.
• Perform material takeoffs
• Expedite material orders and materials tracking
• Perform analytical review of cost reporting documentation.
• Understands and apply engineering, man loading, scheduling and cost control concepts, and relationships.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
• Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against established baseline schedules.
• Assess the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Communicate skillfully with company officials
• Promote and adhere to Company safety policies and procedures.
• Organize work to meet deadlines
• Attend project update meetings
Requirements
• Five to eight years experience supervisory experience of electrical installations in the wood products sector. Preferably plywood.
• Must have ability to work independently and provide technical support and oversight to subcontractor personnel
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• A valid passport is required
• Work outside of normal work hours as required
• Excellent communication skills are required.
This assignment will be a minimum 4 month assignment located in Sosnovoborsk, Russia. Client has stated that project duration may be extended dependent upon project needs.
