care work available?
hi, been looking at the skill shortages. for the past 6 years i have been working with homeless, alcohol and drug users in the criminal justice system and about to start a new job with adults with learning difficulties. these dont seem to fit in to social work or nursing, as i'm neither. anyone out there who works in the social care sector or knows if there is a shortage? i've emailed a few organisations but with no reply. any advice is welcomed, thanks
