my wife has a social worker bachelor degree, she is japanese and has 6 years experience! the jobs she has been working in japan are classed as welfare work in japan!
because these jobs are similar can she use her experience in japan in new zealand as a social worker?

are social workers and welfare workers classed as the same in new zealand?
