Default Thinking of buying a house in NZ?

Good! Because we have one!! And we need to sell it urgently as I have already started a job in another county and my hubby and I are apart

Russell and I are originally from the UK (Milton Keynes) and we moved out to NZ 4 years ago next month. We love it! And if anyone wants to know anything about life here then please ask

Now our house is on Waiheke Island (which is a 30 min ferry ride from Downtown Auckland). It has three bedrooms, a sea view, native timber floors, mature fruit trees in the large (920 sqm) section. It has an expansive deck and it is soooooooooooo peaceful you wouldn't believe. It really is a gorgeous house and we love it to bits but we just can't afford to keep it with the move up north.

So, because we need to sell it urgently (we have made an offer on condition of sale by 28th Feb) we are willing to let it go for £155,000 (or $NZ400,000). I'm not allowed to post images yet but if you would like to see some of the house then just email me

I know it's a long shot but if you or anyone you know might be interested then please let me know either by reply or email rackie25athotmaildotcom

On another note, I'm totally into SCUBA diving here so if you need any info on that side of things, please shout!!

Thanks in advance!
