Hey,

SIT is one of the good polytechnic in the country and they have also stepped into Post Graduation diplomas and degrees. Invercargill is a small and a nice place to be, though the job opportunities will always remain higher in bigger cities like Auckland, but as said, more jobs means more people and more competition for them.

Go ahead with ur plans, SIT is a good choice to reckon with.

Best Regards,
Ashley

No idea but Auckland is the best place to study in general. Invercargill is very small, very remote, very cold... choose carefully.

I agree with you that it is a very small place but as an Indian, Auckland will be expensive to study and live. This guy should be looking to first enter NZ through Invercargill, get some local exposure and jobs, he has a full choice to go ahead with Auckland plans in future which I suppose makes more sense to him.

The course is called Post Graduate Diploma in Business Enterprises. On finding out more i came to know that this course is best suited for the people of New Zealand who would like to develop a business of their own. Also the place Invercargill is very small and with lesser job opportunities.

So for the time being i have dropped my idea for this course.
Will keep u posted on other colleges also.
