Mexico City is modernized and has many grocery stores that sell American (USA) style foods.
* Chedraui
* Comercial Mexicana
* Gigante
* Superama
* Wal-Mart

My cousin has the same issue, also an American, WalMart is where he usually shops, but he find a lot of things at Costco, they have them in places like Polanco and Interlomas, there is a Sam's Club right by us in Cuajimalpa. My cousin was showing me the other day at Sam's Club that they had Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake, something I had never seen before, but after trying it, it was delicious.
