Can i apply for EEA family permit if my wife have income support ( kid 3 years old ) and she have a right of permanent residence in the UK.??
because i seen in GOV.UK site : ( Your EEA family member must be working, a jobseeker, self-employed, studying, self-sufficient or have a permanent right of residence.)

Hi Joppa I hope you don't mind me messaging but I've read a few of your post and you seem pretty knowledgeable on the UK visa system so I was hoping that you might be able to help with either of my questions. Thanks so much!

Hi Joppa I have a question for you. I am a resident of St. Lucia who applied for a spouse settlement visa via Kingston Jamaica. Today I received an email saying; Your application will be ready for collection in the next working day. NB: This only applies to those who submitted at the Kingston VAC. Non-Kingston applicants, those who requested courier delivery and others will be contacted separately. As I live in St. Lucia I did request courier delivery. All I want to know is does this mean a decision has been made?

    Hi Joppa!!!

How are you guys? I'm new here and would like to ask you about the EEA family permit.. Could you please help me? I am a Filipina just recently got married to Spanish national here in the Philippines last May 12, 2014. We met online last September 2013 and met in person in March 22, 2014 and lived together for the whole duration of his stay here in Philippines and continue talking and seeing each other thru Skype and mobile.. My husband is in UK for 1 month now and he is working. About providing financial requirements, he is working but on the UKBA website, it is indicated that we are not required to provide financial dependency so it means that we don't need to? Did I understood it right?

We have questions about the application and the UKBA email inquiry doesn't reply to my queries.. Hope you could response to my message.. Thank you.

Hi Joppa been reading through your posts and you obviously have a lot of knowledge about visas etc. Can you tell me if it's normal for someone applying for a spouse visa to be charged 1200 euros? thanks
