The Job:
Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Pave the way for the long term sustainable growth of the organization by:
Maintaining good relations with key business partners
Training the talent within the organization for future
succession planning.
Developing other portfolio within the Co family
of brands.
Ensure the achievements of Co Indonesia market share and operating income objectives.
Manage the day to day operations of the Indonesia team.
Lead and coordinate in the conceptualization and implementation of our marketing and brand activities.
Assist the Area Director on other projects or special functions as may be required

Require a heavy travel within Indonesia
Describe the Ideal Candidate in terms of the following criteria:

Educational Background:

College graduate ( Business, Management , Advertising or Finance course) Preferably Post Graduate

Related Experience:

Has 5 to 10 years sales and marketing experience in alcohol or related industries.

Abilities/Skills/Attitude:

Verbal and written communications, good business and finance acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, multi tasking, self starter and team player. Willing to work long hours.
