Default Tooooooooooo hot

How can anyone do anything useful in temps of 35 deg + ?

Yeah yeah I know; just six months ago I was whizzling about 30 deg below

Don't you just wish the weather would regulate itself? How can the human body cope with 65 degree fluctuations in ambient conditions?

Blimey !!!!

Hils

Really not nice! Especially when you have to wear a suit to work each day

Good heavens - you actually have SUMMER where you are??? We're still doing well to hit 20 C in the middle of the day in the Paris area. Rumor has it that we'll hit 25 C on Thursday, but it's back to 20 or 21 C tops for next weekend.

Something is definitely wrong with the weather these days. We seem to have had nothing but cool, rainy summers ever since the big "canicule" in 2003.
Cheers,
Bev

So far in June I have only worn trousers (as opposed to shorts) once here in Biarritz. And it can only get better.

no no no - 6 (4) months ago it was all white and freezing; now it's all sooooooooooooooooo hot with nary a bit of breeze.

In between it's been mega soggy & mega windy. DO you all live in the same country as me?

Apart from 2 hours of snow and 10 days of really cold weather in the minus something and 5 days of nice sunny days, it has been the same grey, sad, rainy, cold weather here in Paris for months and months and months. I feel like it is endless. My kid who usually wears shorts ans sandals between February and November is still wearing trousers ans sneakers.

I don't know if anyone happens to watch the national weather forecasts on TV sometimes. I did when I was a kid and clearly the weather was different if you were located on the northern versus the southern side of the Loire river.
