Smile Cleaners

Hi there, I am new to the Forum.

We have just bought a property in Calabria at a place called Isca Marina (about 40 mins drive north of Roccella Jonica)

We want to rent out our property but need to find someone to do our 'end of rental' cleaning & changing/washing of bed linen.

Does anyone know of anyone in this area, even a company that offer this service.

Any comments would be welcomed.

Regards

Jan

Thumbs up cleaners

Hi Jan

We live in Calabria in a small fishing village just south of Tropea. We are in the process of setting up our company of professional cleaners. We have lived here for three years now, four in Spain before that!

We are both British so speak both English and Italian, would be pleased to discuss any requirements that you have.

Thanks for your response to my question about cleaners. What we would need would be for someone to come and clean our 2-bed property at the end of our rentals.

The sheets would need to be changed (we have 1 set of replacement sheets for all the beds). The used sheets will need to be washed/dried and then returned when next cleaning required. We do have a washing machine in the property but bedding will still need to be dried.

We would also like to be advised that the property is ok at the end of the letting, ie any breakages etc. (this could be an e-mail)

If you are in a position to provide a service like this we would be interested in some idea of the price you would charge.

Many thanks.

Jan Hughes

Default Cleaner Wanted

Hi,

My Wife & I are in the process of buying a 2 bed apartment near Falerno Marina & are thinking of renting it out.

If we do, we will probably need someone to clean the property & provide an Inventory.

If you can give me a price, that would be helpful.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Jan, I'm new to this site. We fly out to view some properties next Friday around the Amentea area. We have a 12 year old daughter and want her to go to a local school. It would be good for her togrow up to be bi-lingual. I'm hoping to start up a cleaning business within a year. With the amount of new build that is suppose to be happening, should be able to get some business. What can you tell me about living in Calabria? Haven't been to Italy for many years and then it was the Lakes and Adriatic coast. I can't wait to get back out there.
