I've just realised that I've been posting in the Australia section but havent said HI here yet!

I'm Rachelle......moved to Australia from the UK twelve months ago with hubby and daughter.......loving it although it is very stressful initially!

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Hi
I was recommened this site by Rach!

Moved to Perth, oh gosh! 7 months ago now! thats gone quick! with Hubb, and 2 daughters

All settled well, both girls doing netball for the local team, youngest flute lessons
Hub working since 1st week (apart from the odd accident, long story)
Me, well i'll be totally happy when i get a permanent job, i do relief cover TA in schools at mo.

hummmm thats about it really!

Glad you found your way here!!

Looks like its gonna be a good forum when its fully up and working

Forgot to add in my 'HI' post that my daughter has come on leaps and bounds too. She now swims for her school (could only do doggy paddle when we arrived 12 months ago), does squad training twice a week, does gymnastics & horse riding!

No wonder I never have time to do anything for myself!

A friend of Tygwyn, I live in NSW. I arrived here one year ago. Married to an Australian and I call this place home.

It's nice here - breezy but warm.

Have fun at PS - It's lovely there. It's set to be a nice warm weekend. Take lots of pics.

Hi there,
I am also in the UK. Australia is one of the many places we have been looking at to move to. Any pointers on how their 'points' system works, I would be very interested in finding out more on this if it is possible. We are looking at Sydney.
