Hi everyone,
I'm Deeana, and I am new to this forum. I hope that I will be able to answer questions for people who are thinking of moving to countries I know well and have lived in - France, Canada, Egypt, the Bahamas and Bermuda. I'm currently mostly based in England, but I have a home in France, am buying two large villas in Egypt, have a home in the Bahamas and the intention one day of returning to retire to Canada. I'm not bragging, these are burdens rather than joys in many ways, and I have to travel around a lot! Of all the places I have a foot in I like Egypt best, and the Caribbean least. Looking forward to reading lots of posts and responding fairly, accurately and helpfully to questions I can contribute to.

A wonderful place to live

Wow!!! Do you know what the state of play is in the south of France (Languedoc region) for plumbers & electritions?? I did read some where on this web sight that plumbers where in demand in france. Do you know if this is true & do you know if they are needed in the south? Do you know anything about equestrian centers in that region too?? Any input would be greatful. Thanks, Nancy!!

Don't expect a lot of sympathy here from me (LOL), although I do see how having so many properties spread so far apart could keep you pretty busy.
