Hi
My name is Syed Imtiaz Hussain and I am living in Karachi, Pakistan. I am a Human Resource Professional and currently working for Berger Paints Pakistan as the Head of HR & Administration. I have 30 years extensive and varied experience, I had an opportunity to work with multinational as well as International companies. This has strengthened my skills of practical applications of Management theories, techniques and working with other people and has given me a practical insight in-group and teamwork. I strongly belief that an effective human resources management can be central, in helping companies of all sizes, facing all kinds of business challenges, achieve their goals. I am firmly convinced that it can be critical to an organization’s ability to identify, recruit, develop, motivate and retain talent – all in the name of driving sustainable performance. Indeed, I believe that companies that employ top-quality HR staff and strategies possess, over time, an essential competitive edge in the marketplace. I have a broad-based HR generalist and management experience. I am enthusiastic, hard-working and have excellent communications skills. These qualities have enabled me to build and keep excellent with employees. I completed my Master’s degree, in Administrative Science (Human Resources) from University of Karachi. Prior to receiving my Master’s degrees, I received a post-graduate diploma in Public Administration. I also hold Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Arts. My numerous articles published in local leading Newspapers and practitioner journals and My first book “HR Global Challenges” was published in September 2007 by iUniverse, USA. I love to work outside the Pakistan and if anyone of you can help me in this regards, I highly appreciate. Looking forward for all of you, meanwhile Take Care and Best Regards IMTIAZ |
