BARBS1 is on a distinguished road
Question Please help

Hi everyone - been reading all comments for weeks - what a helpful lot u are, especially Dolly..
Will keep this brief... husband eligible to apply on business visa but will also be enquiring re sponsorship as his supplier is already set up in Oz.
Main questions (maybe legal team can help here please!) Have son and son-in-law (amongst other employees), working in our business.
Seeing as they are obviously over 18 and independent, do they have to apply on their own behalf for a visa? Is there no 'loophole' that allows for you to take the whole family seeing as it is a family-run business and would better start/up operate in OZ seeing as you will be taking your experienced staff with you? Son has IT experience and son-in-law does all the electrical in the Company as well as other jobs which include installation of machinery etc.
Very competent but unfortunately has been self-taught and would in all probability have to undertake his official Electrical certificate.
Have interview set up for 22 April with OZ immigration people holding seminar here and will obviously put these questions to them but would love a sooner response.
Anyone know of a reputable company in Durban which won't charge R70,000 to assist with the process or is this a fair price?
