meeting expat from uk

Hi

Im Roseann from Scotland, I moved over to paphos in Nov 07, Im now back in the UK as my grandaughter did not like at the school so iv been living between paphos and the uk for the last few month's. My husband Ian is still working in the uk as we have got our house up for sale so he is going to work the uk till we sell .

IV had my grandaughter since she has been a baby she is now 8 this year but she did not like the cypriot has any expat can tell me were is the best school for her.

Hi Roseann. My friend found Emba school good , both her girls went there.
Ihope you get school sorted its hard but i think she still young and will be ok.
All you can do is see the schools for yourself .What is good for one is not always for a other. Hope you have some friends over there till OH can join you. i am still in scotland plan to move over 10mnts-1year

Hi Roseann,

Did you look at the International schools? - my son goes to one here and found it very easy to adapt as 50% of the work is in English and almost all the staff speak excellent English.

Good luck and don't give up - your granddaugher is only 8 and can you imagine say 10 years time, she picks herself up and moves abroad leaving you in Scotland
