G'day everybody.

I was born in Adelaide in 1976 and moved to the UK in 1978. Myself and my family (wife & 2 kids) are considering moving to Adelaide in the next 2-3 years as we have had enough with the UK!

We are looking to go on a 3 week holiday within the next 12 months to see if my wife and kids like it enough to consider the move.
I went back there in 1995 for 9 months and loved it, so I'm pretty sure they will too.

Although I was born in Adelaide, I'm not sure where I stand on emigrating back there?? I do have a number of family members who have been there since the late 60's and my father has been there since 1974.

I will be reading lots of the threads in the Australia section and hope to pick up lots of good advice and maybe meet some new friends.

Im a born and breed North Londoner, whos been living in Cyprus for 12 years.
Cyprus is great, but Adelaide for me is King. The place is top, I love it.
We should be out there Feb 2008.

Weve rented a house in Torrensville for now, but we will be looking to buy property in the mile end area as weve heard that Adelaide high school is a very good school and we want to be in the school zone.
we leave Cyprus on the 18 Feb 2008.
We are all so well looking forward to a fresh begining.
I have cousins in Brooklyn park, others in Grange, Clarence gardens and it goes on and on.
