Im a graphic designer from india and have just filed my visa for adelaide, Australia. I have lived in NZ for 2 years but I guess for a bettr career Aussie is a better option so planning to move there.

Would really appreciate any help about living costs, safe suburbs or even a link to CBD apartments....any general info about Adelaide wd be a great help!

I hope to be there around july-sep 2010 (fingers crossed!!)

Have you checked out the Aussie forum? The sticky posts have loads of info such as 'Cost of Living' threads, real estate links etc.

I'm in South Australia but not in Adelaide.
